Junior/LittleRock - Registration Fees Policy

It is the policy of the BCC Junior/LittleRock Programs that registration fees be reviewed and set before the start of the each curling season. Fees for 2008-2009 shall be $50 for LittleRock curlers (Grade 1-5) and $60 for Juniors (Grade 6-12).

Junior/LittleRock -  Registration and Attendance Policy

It is the policy of the BCC Junior/LittleRock Programs that curlers registered in the previous year’s program will be given first opportunity to pre-register for the new curling season. This pre-registration is important as we have limited space in each program. Registration will be completed by the end of September each year.
An exception occurs when the attendance of a curler in the previous year’s program was below 60%. That curler will not receive a pre-registration form and can only return to the program via a new member registration.
Upon completion of the pre-registration, a registration will be held for new curling members during the first week of October each year.  New members can only be accepted if there is space available.

Junior/LittleRock -Program Cancellation Policy

It is the policy of the BCC Junior/LittleRock Programs that when schools are cancelled due to weather conditions than the program for that day will be cancelled. On Sundays, LittleRock curlers will be notified by phone using a phone tree system. When in doubt always err on the side of safety.
Inservice days will be treated as regular curling days unless other wise notified.
Programs may be cancelled to allow for any function of the BCC.
